Our team development services are one of the most frequently used offerings we have here at Relational Synergy. Dr. Poff conducts the workshops and brings a wealth of experience and expertise in relational systems dynamics, conflict transformation, and group facilitation.
Workshop options include one-, two- and three-day formats and are designed to address the unique needs of each team. The workshops are highly interactive and engaging and are presented in a style that promotes full participation of team members.

Escape Room Option
An exciting addition to our team development offerings is an Escape Room Experience. We have partnered with escape rooms of both Fishers and Indianapolis, Indiana to provide a challenging and exciting opportunity to explore team dynamics, problem solving, and creativity. Escape rooms are locations where a group of individuals can experience the challenge of escaping from a themed room in a limited amount of time.
A few examples of the themed rooms provided by the Indianapolis and Fishers facilities include: Escape from the Titanic, A Night at the Castle, Jail Break, and KGB Interrogation. The full selection of rooms varies in difficulty from an introductory level, which is relatively easy to solve, to an advanced level, which is very challenging and may be too difficult for the team to solve.
This option may be scheduled either at the beginning or toward the end of a workshop. The level of difficulty and timing of the Escape Room Experience is negotiated between you and your team development coach. The coach observes and provides support to the team during this experience and provides feedback on team functioning at the workshop.
